2011 ARWU SHJT Shanghai Jiao Tong University China Academic Ranking of World universities - Australian universities ranking:


ANU drops 11 places in the world rank to lose number one Australian ranking to University of Melbourne. University of Queensland moves into the top 100 for the first time taking over 3rd place in the Australian rankings from the University of Sydney which slips to fourth in the Australian rankings.
